GENERAL DESCRIPTION
● High performance aluminum (ADC12) die-casting lamp heatsink with good thermal conductivity.
● Aluminum heatsink processed by Akzo Nobel powder coating or DuPont powder coating with high temperature baking afterpolishing, cleaning, oil removal, repairing, sandblasting ,with clear and gloss surface and strong corrosion resistance.
● The chip bottom of heat conducting surface processed by CNC machine to be smooth after powder coated, make the COBplate and heatsink surface to be coincided with better heat conducting and heat dissipating.
● Glass lens for Light emitting with beam angle be 90 degree or 120 degree spot light. with more stronger light penetration.
● Sealing ring using milk white silica gel, good sealing performance, waterproof up to IP67.
● 100% of exposed screws on the outside of lamp are used 304# stainless steel .pass 48 hours salt-spray test.
